Centennial Helper is a Google Chrome add-on made by Centennial Insurance LLC, doing business as Centennial Insurance ("Centennial," "we," "us"). It is used only by Centennial's licensed agents and staff. It fills in an insurance quoting website (Insurance Toolkits, which our agents already use) with details the agent has already collected and saved in Centennial's customer management system ("CRM"), and sends the quote results back to that CRM. Once a day it also reports the agent's own sales and call counts to The Price Group, the insurance marketing organization Centennial's agents work through. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice and Insurance / Financial Privacy Notice.
When an agent presses "Fill quoter" in the CRM, the add-on receives, for that one customer: sex, date of birth, state, height and weight, tobacco use, the coverage amount or budget, and any medications or health conditions the agent recorded (with related dates and reasons). It also handles the answers the agent gives to the quoting website's health questions, and the quote results that website returns.
Only to fill in the quoting website for that customer, to repeat the same answers for the next product the agent quotes (indexed universal life, then term, then final expense) so the agent does not re-enter them, and to return the results to the customer's record in Centennial's CRM.
Each evening, the add-on fills in the agent's own account on The Price Group's agent website (thepricegroup.io) with that day's results from the CRM. For each application the agent submitted, it sends: the date, the insurance company, the premium, the type of product, the type of lead, the customer's first name and last initial, and the last four characters of the policy or application number. It also sends the agent's counts for the day: calls made, people reached, quotes presented, incoming calls, and applications submitted. It never sends health information, phone numbers, email addresses, or notes. The Price Group may show an agent's sales on its own leaderboard and agent chat; how it handles that information is covered by its own policies.
The information moves only between websites open in the agent's own Chrome browser: Centennial's CRM (crm.centennialinsurance.org), the Insurance Toolkits quoter (insurancetoolkits.com), and, for the daily report only, The Price Group's agent website (thepricegroup.io). The add-on has no server of its own and sends nothing to Centennial, the add-on's developer, or anyone else. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking, and it does not read any other website.
While a quote is running, the details are held in the browser's temporary memory. They are deleted as soon as the quote finishes or is stopped, and the add-on never writes them to the computer's disk. For the daily report, it keeps only the dates it ran and the CRM's internal reference numbers of sales already sent (no names or other customer details), so a sale is never reported twice; these are removed after 30 days. Quote results are kept in Centennial's CRM under our Privacy Policy.
The CRM only offers the "Fill quoter" button to the customer's assigned agent and to Centennial owners and administrators, the same people allowed to see that customer's health details.
